View Execution Protocol (Frequency Stepping)
To successfully access deep states without triggering a system crash (falling asleep) or a rubber-band effect (anxiety), you must step the frequencies down progressively.
Step 1: The Alpha Bridge (10Hz). Do not attempt Theta immediately. Start here. Master the ability to keep your mind completely awake while your physical body feels heavy and numb.
Step 2: The Schumann Tether (7.83Hz). Once Alpha is stable, step the slider down. You will feel the "Gravity Well" deepen. Your conscious thoughts will slow down significantly.
Step 3: The Theta Drop (4 - 7.5Hz). Only execute this when Step 2 feels natural. The physical body is now offline. The Left-Brain AI is in standby. You now have root access to the System Interface.
Admin Rule: If you lose focus or fall asleep, your hardware was not ready for the drop. Step back up to Alpha and rebuild the bridge.
